Great case for storing a hard drive. Able to use without the USB connection for storage with a quality rubber cover over the connection slot. Size matches the other cases I have purchased without the USB connection option.Thought adding a USB connection would be a good bonus. Did not expect the power connection to require chaining off an internal power connection through a PCI slot, unlike most USB drive connections which use an external power supply. This will only work if you have a desktop computer, and would not work with a laptop or Mac.The SATA to USB connection worked as expected with a single cable.Purchased this on sale, so the price was no different than a case without the USB option. Would buy the case again but not this SKU with the USB connection option.
