Mustang Screens SC-F92W16:9 Fixed Frame 92IN 16:9 White Screen
Comment:
I wanted a fixed screen but did not want to build one. This is the cheapest price in fixed screens that I could find. For the money I was not expecting much. I am pleasantly surprised. The frame is 8 pieces and metal; the screen is very thin and washable with a spandex type feel. Using with an InFocus IN72, sitting 12-16 feet back, with some seating 6 feet left of center. Pros: -Picture is much better than my semi-gloss beige wall -Even colors -Bright -Screen stretches completely wrinkle free -Hangs flat against wall -No hot spots -Wide viewing angle -Mostly easy to assemble (see cons) Cons: -Painted metal frame reflects light, must adjust picture accordingly -The side brackets needed some tapping to go together. I bent, and then had to straighten one side. -HANGING INSTRUCTIONS HAVE WRONG MEASUREMENTS. DISTANCE BETWEEN TOP AND BOTTOM BRACKETS IS 45 AND ¼” NOT 46”. MEASURE CAREFULLY. LAY THE FRAME DOWN, INSERT BRACKETS, AND MEASURE BETWEEN BRACKETS FOR YOURSEL |
I bought this screen and after a preliminary viewing of the screen I was sorely disappointed. This screen is spandex, no different from the white pants a chick might wear. This material depletes the image of my projector (mitsubishi 1000HD). The material is too light absorbent instead of light reflective, what you really want to view the full potential of your projector.
