Bought the $40 bundle pack, these come fully charged. Was able to charge an iPad Air (8820 mAh battery) and an LG G2 (3000 mAh) at the same time, while using the iPad. It was able to get them both to a little over 40%. Felt that was quite good for those two devices, while the tablet was in use. This also charges devices such as my phone at what seems to be the same speed as a wall charger.
