NCIXPC Entra A640 System Windows Vista Home Premium PRE-INSTALLED
Cons:LOUD. I don't know if it's the ps or the fan but it is louder than I like.
Pros:price is excellent - I got it for under 300 before I did some upgrades |
Good basic computer. I upgraded to dual core. At the time I was buying, getting a wireless network adapter was not an option ??? The salesguy in the store was no help & even though I was upgrading the motherboard (which necessitated opening & building , & wanted to pay for a wireless card & have it installed, they wouldn't do it. I see now that's changed. DVD drive didn't work straight out - had to get the system to go look for new hardware & then it worked. Anyway, when we crack it open we'll see about putting in some foam or maybe swapping out the fans to see if we can quiet it down. If it's the ps, I guess we're hooped.
