bad product

I have installed this numerous time on windows sp1, sp2, sp3....none of which continue to work properly. I have called tech support and get a run-around in their automated system. I have sent numerous e-mails, with a very slow (days and days later) response. Product registration has been an issue and cannot be resolved through any of their departments. Thought this would be a neat product....so, let me be clear: it works briefly, after re-installing the update for the update, and is a neat product...until I re-boot and it then failed to work. My guess, it is a windows issue that this company really cannot support, and their tech support is non-existent. |

I do on site photography with viewing stations and was having issues with getting enough power to run multiple computers. Ordered and received this the night before a big ball tournament. Installed in minutes and they performed great on a dell pentium 4 2.8 for the next four days out in 98 degree heat. Will be purchasing more of these....they only use 1 watt of power each. The best thing is they just work and are easy to install. |

Believe it or not. I have and old dell gx50 P3 with 128 mb ram and 10 gb HD. and all four users up and running with win xp sp2. All can surf the net and I am using a wireless adapter to get there. It also runs my accounting software. Will recommend to anyone. By the way, only did this to see if it would work. Will setup on p4 3.0 for actual demo purposes. |
I have had an older model X300 for a couple years, and loved it. Purchased this for Windows 7 because X300 will not work on Windows 7. (Even though one Ncomputing's sales pitches is to upgrade just one CPU, not everything, and save money.) I did not see in any of the product info that it is not 64- bit compliant. Little late to find out after the box is open and the card is in the computer.
