Cons:None except the price but you get the quality you pay for...

Pros:Built quality & feels solid, easy setup, great web interface, works as advertised, lifetime warranty

Bought to replace old 10/100 POE switch. Used for full HD ip cameras. Easy to setup with a great web interface. The unit is fanless so it is dead silent. It feels solid and has a lifetime warranty so i'm happy with it!
