Straightforward to configure, takes quite a few motherboards, good to operate with. Looks good in the rack. The connector cables are a little confusing, but if you look for the deal with connector cables you can find the appropriate cable. Took an old motherboard and rapidly and very easily set up a Debian based storage device. I set mine up with an Intel SASUC8I PCI-Express x8 SATA / SAS (Serial Attached SCSI) Controller Card and in between the controller and the motherboard I had much more than 12 ports.I am actually happy with this purchase.
