NZXT IU01 Case Accessory
Cons:
Maybe hard to find a place to stick it in some casesPrice?
Pros: Performs as advertisedVersatileAllows for internal USB adapters like Wifi modules Comment:
What can I say? This thing works like it should and is nothing flashy. It's a dream for people with motherboards with only 1 or 2 internal USB headers. This is especially a problem with conventional cases which require 2 USB header ports to power the 4 front-facing USB ports. The adhesive with velcro was a nice touch. The potential bandwidth bottlenecks are not very noticeable and the molex power adapter takes care of the power issues.Would definitely buy again. |

NZXT IU01 Case Accessory
Cons:
Slow data transfer rates. (Please read summary)Does mostly what it says it will do but poorly.
Pros: Does mostly what it says. Comment:
I first want to say it is not a bad item. It just doesn't work perfectly like it says. Sure I know that a five port bus will reduce the transfer speed of data but seriously, I can't even use a USB BT transmitter to work a mouse and keyboard properly... by itself. Not to mention the thing is powered...Anyways, the connection for my mouse and keyboard has latency issues and gets all jerky. So I had to move it back to the outside of my case. No big deal really that's not why I bought it. I bought it because I have a HTPC and my case has a card reader set, USB hubs and a USB display screen.Ultimately I just hooked up the card readers and the USB hub to the "Expansion Module" and I'll deal with the slow transfer speeds. I am not sure if the fact the those are hooked up is causing a slow down or not but it shouldn't unless the card readers and hub is oddly transferring large amounts of data all the time by themselves... :I probably wouldn't recommend it to anyone and would rather recommend a PCI USB hub with a couple internal 9 pin connectors. |

NZXT IU01 Case Accessory
Cons:None
Pros:unique internal USB hub Comment:
This product worked perfectly to add extra USB headers to a computer so I could hook up multiple USB driven VFD displays plus it has 2 femal ports to add USB drives internally for extra flash storage. |

My Rampage III extreme only has 1 usb header so I needed to hook up the two from my case plus a card reader. This is the perfect solution to such a problem.
