NZXT Silver Aluminum Notebook cooler w/ 3 120mm adjustable fans Model CRYO LX
Cons:
if you dont have a 17' laptop look for something else because this thing is huge, if you care about what it looks like. If you dont then more power to yah, if you were running a smaller laptop on this pad, it would stay cooler because this pad is just that good!
Pros: All Aluminum Core, Holds lower core temperature than other other material used to make a laptop cooling pad! 3 120MM adjustable fans, even running at full is barely noticable. The cool thing about it, is even after the pad has been sitting not being used for hours in a regular room of about 20 degrees celcius, the pad itself feels like it came out of the freezer |

NZXT Silver Aluminum Notebook cooler w/ 3 120mm adjustable fans Model CRYO LX
Cons:
A fairly high priced notebook cooler.
Pros: Looks good cosmetically and seems to be very durable. The whole thing is mostly made of Aluminum so the surface of itself keeps things cool. It also comes with 3 fans which speeds are adjustable. Comment:
I had to go for this notebook cooler for two reasons. My Asus Gaming Notebook was running at constant hot temps. Being a performance laptop, a high end cooler was needed. It helped by dropping the temps down 5 - 10 degrees. The next reason is because I needed one that would fit my 17.3" screen and this one has more than enough surface space. Overall a good cooler. The extra USB ports are a good addition too. |

Cons:
None to think off
Pros: Nice design Comment:
only thing to note, the air blows upwards, instead of sucking down, so make sure the fan on your laptop blows the air the same way (some exhaust towards the bottom, while others will pull air in from the bottom and exhaust the back) This review was modfied by poster @ 11-19-09 05:13 PM |
I game hard, for hours at a time. I currently use my upgraded Dell Xps M1530, and it used to run really warm. And my wrist would become sore after a couple hours of gaming. I have only had this thing for a week and all I have to say is that my laptop no longer gets warm believe it or not and I must say that I had been looking around forever for a cooling product that works this well. I havent found anything that comes even into comparison, If you game hard i suggest you get this cooling pad!!!!
