NZXT Tempest Evo EATX Mid Tower Case Black 3X5.25 1X3.5 8X3.5INT No PS Front USB eSATA Audio
Cons: Little bit noisy but not bothering

Pros: Awesome cooling, looks great
Comment:
Case has great airflow with the 6 stock fans. Having two in the front really helps in my opinion. They make a bit of noise but isn't even close to being annoying. If you are gaming or listening to music you can't hear them at all. The build quality is pretty good for the most part, the screwless drives were kind of finicky, adequate room inside, LEDs look good. I'm using a Coolermaster V6 CPU cooler and it fits nicely although I wouldn't recommend going much bigger. I'm having some problems with the front USB ports on the case causing a short or something but it's probably just mine. I would recommend this case if you can get it on a deal. Mine came to $55 with the NCIX promo and a $35 mail in rebate. Great case for that price

NZXT Tempest Evo EATX Mid Tower Case Black 3X5.25 1X3.5 8X3.5INT No PS Front USB eSATA Audio
Cons: Cable management, quality.

Pros: Aesthetics, cable management, cooling.
Comment:
Before I bought this case, I was using an Antec 300. I upgraded because I wanted to have a case with see through side panel and cable management. The first impression I had when I unboxed it was that it was very nice looking, but upon closer inspection, I was quite disappointed with the build quality. The screw holes for the motherboard tray had some metal bits sticking out from the drilling, and the plastic feels cheap. The design was not so good as well, unlike my Antec 300, to pop open the front of the case, you would have to pull from the bottom and as the front pops out, you hear a lot of snapping sounds from the plastic, as if pieces of the plastic would snap or break off. In fact, one of the pieces of plastic used to hold the mesh to the front of the case broke off 'cause the only way to remove the mesh was to bend the hook, which was of poor quality (very inflexible). The build was somewhat confusing as well because the manual was poorly written. I have all 6 stock fans hooked up to a fan controller in one of the bays at the front and some of the wiring was a bit lacking in length. The grommets for the cable management were popped out several times while I was routing cables through it, but it did not really bother me since it is easy to put them back in. They didn't pop out after I was done with the build, so there should be no worries about the grommets coming off by itself. The glass panel has a slight tint to it, making the case look much nicer. The two strips of blue lights at the front look really nice as well, and the case has very good airflow. The 120mm intake fans are somewhat loud, though. All three intake fans have blue LED. However, my biggest complain about this case is the cable management. The cheap plastics didn't bother me too much, since I won't take off the mesh at the front often, but I bought this case mainly for exterior AND interior aesthetics. The bottom of the case on the back panel is uncovered, so the cables from the PSU would only be hidden if you link them above that area. Unfortunately, there is very little gap between the back panel and the motherboard tray, so it was impossible for me to hide all my Corsair's TX650 (non-modular) PSU's cables since the lid did not have enough space to close. I could only manage to hide a very small portion of the cables behind the motherboard tray. The rest are all exposed at the bottom; it looks like as if there was no cable management at all! I was able to achieve better cable management on my Antec 300, since there was sufficient space behind the bays to hid the cables. If you have a modular PSU, then this case should not disappoint you, as long as you don't mind cheap plastic here and there. Compared to the Antec 300, this has cheaper quality, much better aesthetics, and much better air flow. I wouldn't get this case unless it was on sale, otherwise I would probably grab an Antec 900 instead. The airflow is really good though, I achieved 13.9C on idle on my stock AMD Phenom II X4 955 BE m 3.2GHz. Ambient was 8C+/-1.

NZXT Tempest Evo EATX Mid Tower Case Black 3X5.25 1X3.5 8X3.5INT No PS Front USB eSATA Audio
Cons: - Optical drive bays seem kinda flimsy

Pros: - Looks very cool- More than enough fan power for almost any build- Sturdy construction
Comment:
I'll start off with saying this case is awesome. It surprised me with it's size compared to a lot of smaller "mid" sized cases. That being said, there's lots of space inside with plenty of drive bays. The appearance is very good on this case. it's got a nice, sleek design to it and a touch of blue lighting on the front and the transparent panel on the side.Fans are excellent and it lives up very well to the Tempest name. I believe 6 decently powered fans in all and it stays cool all the time. All in all it's a very nice case and I would recommend to anyone as it's very well rounded. Though as all around good as it is, the cooling still blows me away haha.

NZXT Tempest Evo EATX Mid Tower Case Black 3X5.25 1X3.5 8X3.5INT No PS Front USB eSATA Audio
Cons: 1)The rubber grommets around the wire access holes in the "floor" pop out too easily.2)No manual--needed to download the manual from the previous version of the Tempest for instructions on this one. No biggie--everything was where it should be.

Pros: very roomy, 6 LARGE fans. All parts installed very easily and quickly.
Comment:
For my first "total" build, this box was the best investment I could have made. These honkin' big fans are sooooo quiet, it's great. Bigger moves more air at lower speeds. Compared to my previous unit, this setup is like the calm after the storm.Cool black inside and out with blue led's in front (and led with the side fan I'm told but that's not hooked up as I ran out of connects on the MB). I'm not really into bling but it's different.Combine the roominess of this box with the in-front up-top solid USB and esata ports make this box one very friendly box for a new builder like me.I'm really pleased I got this one. If you're a first time, don't hesitate on this one. The finish is really nice with no sharp corners inside or out.

NZXT Tempest Evo EATX Mid Tower Case Black 3X5.25 1X3.5 8X3.5INT No PS Front USB eSATA Audio
Cons:Cable management (see summary), somewhat lacking for exterior I/O, power/reset buttons feel flimsy.

Pros:Included fans (4 120mm, 2 140mm) spacious interior (for a mid-case), cable management, black through-out, nice exterior (tinted window in side panel is a nice touch)
Comment:
All in all I'm very impressed with this case especially seeing as this was my first build and it made it quite friendly. The exterior has a very fashionable apperance (not outlandishly sculpted but definetly not too subtle either) there are SO many included fans which really helps to keep the system cool, and it's good and spacious, I've got an mATX motherboard in there right now with an ATI 5850 which fits no problem and theres still tons of room (could possibly do up to an EATX mobo)The biggest problem I have with this case is the cable-management, even though I listed that as a strength. The gromets first of all are pretty flimsy and tend to fall out when trying to push larger connectors through, but the biggest problem I had was that the lower portion of the case (below the motherboard tray) where all the cables from your PSU are is completely open, as in theres a big section of the mobo tray cut out and you route your cables up behind there and then out the grommets to where they need to go. I would have prefered to have seen the tray extend down towards the bottom of the case and then have more grommets through which to hide the cables, but then the case would more than likely have been bigger and heaver. All in all this is an excellent case and I would DEFINETLY buy it again.
