Cons:Would be nice to have PoE on all ports.VLAN configuration is somewhat confusing.

Pros:Nice feature set, solid build quality

Comment:
This switch incorporates features usually only found on more expensive units, such as tagged vlans and PoE. It took my a while to configure vlans as the management tool provides 4 different ways to do them. It's worked perfectly once I got it figured out.

Pros:Good switch for home networking. fast, easy config if you need vlan and QoS setup for PoE camera and hardphone.

bought this switch to replace my old baystack 350 10/100. vlan are use from my vmware box (running my DC, streaming server, sip pbx, firewall/router) QoS is use for my sip softphone and hardphone.PoE work great for my polycom SIP phone and cisco camera.
