Netgear Rangemax Next WIRELESS-N Router 802.11N Draft 300MBPS 4PT Gigabit WPA2 MIMO
Cons:3 now die. All support numbers are unreachable from Canada now. Worst customer support I have ever had, and it happened on 3 separate occasions.
Pros:Fast, great range, doesn't matter it will die in 5 months and take you 3 to get your replacement. Comment:
*****update*****None of netgears support numbers work in canada now. I have had 3 of these routers die. Even one I bought just 4 months ago. Stay away from netgear in general. I had to call 7 times to get them to ship my last RMA back and it took over 3 months to get it. I will never buy another netgear product again.Oh another interesting thing is NCIX hides the review if I listed it lower than 3 stars. This is a 1 start product, NCIX shouldn't even carry this product anymore. There is a serious flaw with it. This review was modfied by poster @ 02-21-08 10:26 AM |
As opposed to the other review i've yet to have one of these fail and i've used over 20 of them. I'll take these over dlink/linksys any given day. Use netgear products every day, always. Think i've had about 2 Netgear pieces fail on me out of 300+ used.
