Noctua NF-P14 FLX Case Fan
Cons:Crap for static pressureCrap for airflow
Pros:QuietCan be mounted in any orientation Comment:
Paid a pretty ridiculous price for this fan, so I was expecting premium performance. Barely any static pressure and lackluster airflow. |

Not worth $30

I was going to use this fan to replace the original fan in my HTPC case. Once installed it ran at 1200 RPM and I could hear it from about eight feet away. I first used the cable that lowered the voltage to its lowest setting but soon found out that the fan stopped spinning. A quick flick of my finger on the fan got it spinning again. Using the lowest voltage cable the fan when it was spinning was silent and spinning at about 600 RPM. I tried the next cable and got the same result the fan stopped spinning and did not have enough voltage to overcome its stopped resistance. When it did work with the second cable it ran at about 800 RPM and was silent. |

Noctua NF-P14 FLX Case Fan
Cons:should come with 8 screws if you need to use 140 mounts vibration dampers are not always compatible.
Pros:pushes a lot of air Comment:
switched out 3 fans from my pc-k62 and it dropped my temps by 5 degrees C +/- (3 degrees)I like them, they look very nice. I highly recommend this if you like noctua or want a the best noise to airflow ratio. |
