will blow most ssd out of the water. just unbelievably quickly. 95% of the motherboards out there, will not boot from a pci-x drive. not a fault of ocz necessarily, but if nobody supports your item... what excellent is it? ive dug via their support forums, and however, there arent a lot of mb that will work with this as a BOOTABLE drive. the drive will work as a secondary in almost anything. as stated, do your investigation. its going to take a lot of work to come across just the correct combination for this to be bootable (motherboard manufacturers dont precisely plaster this facts out in the open). i have tried, and failed, with four various boards now, and gave up.
