Cons:Short cables i.e. bottom mount cases like Antec 300 will have trouble with the 4pin CPU cable if you're installing a card into any of the PCI slots, not long enough to go under the motherboard in the first place even without cards in the PCI slots.Sizable rebate that comes as prepaid credit card.

Good price on this PSU. It's a nice looking unit if that matters to you. Typical OCZ high build quality.The cables were on the short side which made routing cables in a full size case very difficult. For a mid-tower they might be long enough.
