OCZ ZS Series 750W ATX12V V2.2 24PIN ATX SLI Ready 80PLUS Bronze Performance Power Supply 135mm Fan
Cons:Not ModularCheapo net jacket on the cables
Pros:CheapQuietGood build quality Comment:
Really inexpensive PSU but I would completely recommend the ZT series over this one. Not that this one is bad but having the modular cables is a life saver. If you don't care about that then this does the trick! |

for a certified 80 plus PSU, this is a great price. I know some people have had issues with OCZ's lower end stuff, and I have had to RMA a few OCZ products myself in the last few years of system building, but for the most part they run great, and their customer service is good if you ever did have an issue.I wish they wouldn't have so many molex connectors on it though, since almost no new systems need em anymore. Should at least trim out one of the cables, or replace with additional sata connectors, but a minor gripe I suppose... I just hate having redundant cables cluttering a case.If your on the fence for a slightly cheaper PSU, with hydro prices these days, not buying an 80 Plus PSU for your rig will probably cost you more in wasted electricity if you cheap out on a lesser PSU, not to mention added heat in your machine.
