There are very few good cases for the Galaxy Nexus, and almost none of the available ones complement the phone's design. This case does complement the phone very well and seems to offer a lot of protection. This particular phone seems to be heavier than most and doesn't seem likely to survive a drop  to the sidewalk. This case improves it's chances of survival quite a bit.As well if you have the larger battery installed this case will fit. Protip: take the back off of the phone for a perfect case fit when using the large battery.Problems: The screen protector only covers the active area of the glass and will peel up or become worn very quickly so one star docked for that. I would expect Otterbox to offer full screen replacements to owners soon. Secondly and this is just a matter of taste, but the big Otter logo on the back is ridiculous and doesn't complement the hi tech look and feel of the phone. Just my opinion tho.All in all this is a great case and almost certainly the best available for the Galaxy Nexus. It's aesthetics are great, and in fact I think this case is better looking than the ones Otterbox makes for IPhones.
