Best Price on brand-name memory

My old Dell Dimension 2300 was running pretty slow so I did my homework and found that the Intel chipset on board would support 2 GB and not just the 1 GB Dell (and 90% of the configurators) claimed. So I took a chance and got 2 PNY modules from your site and popped them in. The machine saw them right away, no problem. What a differance a couple gigs can make. Super fast delivery, too! |

Will NOT work in Compaq

I got this for my wife's Compaq Presario. Pins will NOT line up. I have always used PNY in my computers, but Compaqs are, lets say, a little different. |

i bought 2 of these memory sticks had to exchange one of them because it was faulty had no problem with the exchange but will think twice about buying something that has a rebate attached to it because after doing all the paperwork and forms to send in you get a letter saying your rebate is deneyed i will think long and hard about buying a product with the stipulation of a mail in rebate expecaly when you have to deal with the so called rebate center and not the manufacture it make me wonder if they are running a scam or something |

Incompatible with Intel D845PESV Motherboard

I used the configurator and ordered two of these modules. Was able to get the system working but had numerous memory conflicts and computer shut downs. Problem solved by re-installing the old memory. It has been three weeks and not a hiccup with the old memory. Cannot recommend this PNY memory in combination with this Intel motherboard. Probably too late to get a refund. |

Don't rely on TigerDirect's Memory Configurator

I used TigerDirect's memory configurator to find a memory upgrade for a Dell Dimension 3000. I found a familiar brand (PNY) and the amount of memory I needed. I put the memory in and turned the computer on and got beep codes. Obviously it wasn't right. Luckily I could return them. Went straight to Dell to order the correct ones (400MHz). Guess it didn't support 333MHz as the configurator thought it did. |

I bought 2 of these along with a EVGA GeForce 6200 video card to speed up an 8 year old HP Pavillion. Arrived in 3 days, 2 before expected. Windows XP Home recognized them on its first startup and things went much faster even before installing the video card. Lots of speed for the buck! |
