Good ram, Initial a single was so great i brought one more so i could have 4gb even though i got the same one it was diffrent they had been not i dentical and could not work together in the exact same pc so i ran test and a got a entire bunch of errors so returned it as DOA i would recommend

The RAM runs well and can be overclocked effortlessly. All-in-all, it's an fantastic value. Heat spreaders no longer appear to be inlcuded for this model even though it is listed as getting heat spreaders on Newegg. I known as Newegg regarding the lack of heat spreaders and they gave me a small credit on my next obtain which was nice and why I will continue shopping at Newegg.

none So I bought this maybe two weeks ago and put it in my pc...all I got was BEEEEEP BEEEEEEEP. The memory was dead. Both sticks. I tried switching all of them out, placing these in my old slots and such...So I ultimately had to order from Dell, which costed twenty dollars more. Nevertheless going to purchase from Newegg, I've returned the item and as far as I know..have yet to see my refund. I'm truly going to go check nowadays.

I am now in love with my computer with the speed improve it has gained from this RAM. I am really happy with this obtain. Ram is a great investment to make for your laptop. None.... wait it could not have the looks you want but it gets the job done nicely. I am at present running vista household premium. I have 2X512Mb in there for stock and that wasn't actually sufficient since the onboards graphics took 256MB of it. And you will need 512MB just to run vista. As soon as I installed the 2X1GB the thing is flying and I enjoy it. I advocate this Ram to other people.

Bought this from newegg a few months ago and when installed entirely changed the performance of my machine. A very good high quality, however cheap upgrade from a reputable company. One of the two sticks was DOA, but newegg's RMA service is good, and within a week or two I recieved new working memory.

Surely an improvement over having 512mb, in the course of the time they lasted Stopped working a small over a month soon after my order date, which means I can't return them. I got the single POST beep of death a couple of occasions, but foolishly rebooted my machine rather of right away returning. Now a reboot doesn't fix it and I'm stuck with two useless memory sticks. memory rated for 667 but had spd tables for 800 and worked at that speed in an additional program did not worked in method purchased for (emachines T3516) which makes use of pc4200. Guess it's a density factor. Stupid picky low-cost motherboards. Probably a superior upgrade for custom built systems but not affordable emachines. It's low-cost decent good quality RAM. Put it in an older p4 program just to have a backup computer. 1st sticks had been DOA, but Newegg replaced no hassle so i knocked 1 egg. Would have liked heat spreaders.

This matched pair installed with out a hitch in my machine, and auto detected full quantity on very first boot. Windows Vista load time is down, as is overall load time for most programs. None so far. Worked out of the box and has been smooth sailing ever because. Sadly, my motherboard only has a 2GB max. =(

Works with my XPS410 along with the 2x 512MB originally shipped. Heat spreaders are nice (even though newegg says they arent included) Produced my personal computer super speedy so far (havent put them to the full test although) None so far Havent overheated and work properly with the 1.8 watts on my poor dell mobo. XP recognises all 3GB I have!!!
