Cons:- Disappointing fan noise, fairly loud- 25% is the lowest RPM rivatuner would allow me to take it
Pros:- Great card with exceptional value- So far no issues with any games / or other apps- Not a huge long card by any means, should be a great fit in most cases- low profile, copper ramsinks installed- good temps with the included cooler Comment:
Great card for the price but the fan provided is very disappointing. At stock settings, its only 37% but its surprisingly loud at that amount. After fiddling with Rivatuner, I can honestly say anything setting above 25% and this video card is loud. At 37% its louder than the 92mm fan (at 2500rpm) on the AC freezer pro 64 cooler in the case (and that thing is very loud at 2500rpm.Would purchase again and would still recommend but an AC Accelero S1 cooler is a smart purchase. |

Cons:Slight Fan Noise
Pros:Excellent Price, Great Performance, HDMI sound... Comment:
As others have stated about the fan noise, yes there is noise but oddly one card was abit noisy and the other didn't have near as much noise. The cards themselves are running on Vista and XP and run great and stable. Playing games such as Call of Duty World at War, Crysis, Brothers in Arms Hells Highway on high settings and medium for the most part. I did mount GfxChilla GPU coolers on them and that helped alot with noise and obviously heat. I like em! |

Cons:NOISY! I haven't found a way to lower the fan speed.
Pros:Great performance for the price Comment:
I find it unacceptable in 2009 to have a graphic card of this price making such noise. I was hoping that the fan would be quiet since it is huge and ressemble Zalman design... wrong. |
The card works as described. There are no surprises, nor any extras. When I opened the box, I noticed that there was no owner's manual included. Whether it was accidental or intentional, it is necessary to go to Powercolor's website to view the manual.
