Cons:Driver supplied is NOT WHQL

Comment:
The card's price is cheap, so it the driver disc supplied. I am still trying to find a WHQL certified driver. I tried installing the supplied driver, and the ATi control panel sent an error report to ATi 10 mins later.Wasn't even playing a game.I tried looking for a driver on ati.com, and it's not even available on the driver page.overall, not really satisfied with powercolor.
