POWERCOLOR Radeon HD 4850 AX4850 512MD3-PH Video Card
Cons:Old technology and will soon be obsolete as it will not play DirectX 11 gamesBecause of the big price drop in the 4850s, Powercolor no longer includes the 4 adapters and the Crossfire cable.
Pros:PRICE!Runs most games well on decent settings4850s are best $100 range cardQuiet Comment:
I am very please that I bought this card. Got it on sale below $100 with NCIX'S instant rebate and will eventually be even cheaper when my M.I.R. finally comes in. I upgraded from a Radeon HD 3450 and what a difference! There are many reviews for the HD 4850 on the web and all praise this card. It has a lot of power behind it. Extremely good bang for your buck. Yes it isn't DDR5, Yes it doesn't support DX11, yes there are way more better cards out there.... but not for $100! Looking for a good card that is less than $100 and can still play games pretty well? Look no further, buy a HD 4850 |

POWERCOLOR Radeon HD 4850 AX4850 512MD3-PH Video Card
Cons:No crossfire bridgeLow o/c abilityCan get a bit load when fan is on 100% load
Pros:Custom cooler is silentNative HDMISolid price/performance Comment:
Great cards, especially in crossfire. Got 2 of these for around 100 each, if you can find it for that get them, a steal of a price when they perform close to on par with a GTX285. Could have better o/c ability. Runs cool. |

POWERCOLOR Radeon HD 4850 AX4850 512MD3-PH Video Card
Cons:- becoming obsolete
Pros:- quiet- good value Comment:
I haven't been pushing this card to the limit, playing games that are at least a couple of years old. It runs Team Fortress 2 very smoothly with all the graphics settings maxed out, though lots of video cards would likely do the job just as well. The custom cooling setup by Arctic Cooling keeps the card quite cool and quiet. |

POWERCOLOR Radeon HD 4850 AX4850 512MD3-PH Video Card
Cons:None yet
Pros:PriceRedShortQuiet Comment:
If the mail-in rebate comes someday, that card is almost a steal at 90$. I thought PowerColor was a low quality brand but I must admit I am surprised by the quality of the Pcs fansink. Plus, it not a noisy fan. For people like me who only bought Sapphire or ATI cards in the past, I think it's safe to say PowerColor is a trustable brand, and it's alot cheaper. |

POWERCOLOR Radeon HD 4850 AX4850 512MD3-PH Video Card
Cons:Non that I know. Well - no crossfire cable included.
Pros:Easy no fuss intall into a crossfire configuration, smaller than my previous card Comment:
A great card for a great price - Very respectable performance at an awesome price. A great adder to a system you'll want to try crossfire on. NOTE: you need to buy a seperate crossfire connector. |

POWERCOLOR Radeon HD 4850 AX4850 512MD3-PH Video Card
Cons:Not a dual slot version.
Pros:Good price, good performance. Comment:
This is pretty good for people who have smaller cases since it isn't a dual slot version, however the cooling isn't as efficient. Good deal for |

POWERCOLOR Radeon HD 4850 AX4850 512MD3-PH Video Card
Cons:Runs hot when gaming
Pros:Good priceSingle slotVery good performance Comment:
A very good card for the price to performance ratio. I'm pleased to get good framerates on a 19" wide LCD. It might falter a little on a 22" though. Runs hot when gaming because it's a single slot solution. |

POWERCOLOR Radeon HD 4850 AX4850 512MD3-PH Video Card
Cons:not dual slot, so all the hot air stays in the case instead of being exhausted
Pros:Performance is great, especially for the price Comment:
Bought this card for a mini ITX gaming computer I was building for a friend. It has no problem handling many games including crysis Warhead at 1920x1080. It costs about the same as the 4770 but has more performance under shader intensive games. |

POWERCOLOR Radeon HD 4850 AX4850 512MD3-PH Video Card
Cons:- Not at the top end of video cards
Pros:- Price- Size- Has the 3 main output Comment:
i have bought this video card for a core i7 build knowing full well that it was outclassed with newer cards like the 4870 and 4890 but once installed in my computer it performed decently for the price I have paid for it. Also since it's an holder card, it's a bit shorter so it's easier to work around in my case since there is plenty of space between the card and the hdd case. POWERCOLOR Radeon HD 4850 AX4850 512MD3-PH Video Card
Cons:gets too hot
Pros:very good price/performance ratio Comment:
getting this for $105 after all rebates is a steal, 4850 is about equalivant performance as 9800gtx and gts250 for about $20-30 cheaper. |
Very solid card for the price! For under $100 you won't find a faster card. Almost as fast as a GTS250/9800GTX for a much lower price. 2 of these in CF are almost as fast as a 5850, again for a much lower price. Highly recommended.
