Panasonic Eneloop Pro High Capacity Rechargeable Battery AA 4 Pack Ni-MH 2550mAh Pre-Charged
Cons:These "low self discharge" cells are not at rated capacity until they have been charged and discharged a few times. That's just how they are..
Pros:The ones I got are latest generation.Made in Japanese factory, not Chinese factory., and so of consistent high quality.Under $20 on sale. |

Panasonic Eneloop Pro High Capacity Rechargeable Battery AA 4 Pack Ni-MH 2550mAh Pre-Charged
Cons: Price
Pros: Fantastic batteries AND they're rechargeable. Comment:
They're expensive but they're awesome. I use them for my camera flash and they are right up there with fancy lithiums but they're rechargeable too. |

Cons:Not enough devices use aa's these days.
Pros:Everything. Comment:
Had for over a month now and have had nothing but an awesome experience so far. They last a long time. |
Regular NIMH rechargeable AA cells lose capacity fairly fast (up to 4%/day) in storage - but make up for that with price and ability to take lots of charge cycles. The white Enerloops retain charge longer and still take thousands of recharges. People prize those because of the high quality of the Japanese cells, so in a multi cell device, one failing cell is not going to cause issues. These expensive higher capacity Enerloops are worth the cost when using high drain devices when away from recharging equipment, and limited with amount of spare cells carried.
