Amazing
Comment:
This little scanner is amazing! After reading other reviews I was expecting a good product but it surpassed expectations. I'm 60 years old so I have a lot of ''non-digital'' photos. I've had this scanner for a week and I've scanned almost 5,000 pictures. I don't know technology behind it but the quality is great and the file size is small. I highly recommend this scanner for anyone the has a lot of small (4X6 and smaller) photos. |

Good product
Comment:
Scanner arrived and I immediately put it to work. After reading the other reviews I thought I could sit in front of the TV, plug in a good movie, and scan a few pictures during the movie. One problem, it did such a fast and good job that I was not able to concentrate on the movie. I would recommend this product to those that have drawers full of old snapshots and good photos. I will post another comment when and if I wear it out.. I have made no comparision so I can't say how it compares to the other similiar devices with respect to quality of the scan or price. If it is within your budget, then buy it and forget the others until you need another one. |

Protect those memories from before digital cameras

Sit on your couch, watching your tv show and scan a stack of loose photos. My KEY factor, Does NOT need to be connected to a computer. COMPACT!!! EASY!!! I also recommend the SD Card Reader for about $5 |

Great scanner
Comment:
This is a great scanner for photos. It works quickly and it is very easy to operate. The quality of the scans, I find, are better NOT using the sleeve. With it you get some glare. Transferring the files to your computer is equally as easy and quick. |

Get rid of those old photo albums
Comment:
This is the best dedicated photo scanner I have seen. Note: If you plan on using this with an Apple, you will need to convert the photo format so iPhoto recognizes it. Not a big deal if you know how to use automator. |

Great for old Family Photos
Comment:
I've been try to find something like this to scan all my old family photo for years. Flat bed scanners take forever when you have hundreds of pictures. The Pandigital scanner fits in your hand and does not require hookup to a computer. It has a memory card that stores all of the immages. It takes about 10sec a photo. I just sit on my couch with my Photolink Scanner and watch TV while I scan. I love it! |

Works great!
Comment:
I was skeptical because of the reviews on the previous model, but decided to try this one and hope the problems were fixed. Much to my satisfaction they were and the product works great. By the way, you dont need to use the plastic picture sleeve unless you photo is damaged or badly warped. |

Does a great job!

Very pleased! Good quality and so simple that anyone can use it. I cranked out about 200 pictures in under an hour, and am pleased with the quality. Beats the heck out of having your photo's collect dust in an alblum. DEFINTALY buy this one! |

Great Product
Comment:
The scanner was just the answer I was looking for. It made scanning 4x6 pictures much faster than using a flatbed scanner. The image quality was great and my kids had no problem using it either....just feed it in the slot and it does the rest. Would like to see a larger size in the future |
As I said It's a MUST have for anyone who loves to preserve family memories and treasures. This scanner may seem expensive - and it did at first seem to me - but when I consider how much money I would have to spend to have another party scan the photos for me then it it's price is justified.
