Patriot 16GB Secure Digital High-Capacity (SDHC) Flash Card

I bought this to put in my Canon Digital Rebel XSi camera and it works like a charm. More than enough memory for long trips without having to download on to your laptop. This is the third piece of Patriot memory I've bought and every one of them has been top notch.

A decently priced SD card with huge capacity and decent transfer speeds. Not to keen on the design though and the color of the card (prefer to be black) but at this point I'm just nitpicking. Just make sure your device is SDHC compatible!

Excellent value! Now I can video a two hour production, rather than being limited to 30 minutes with my previous 4G card. Worked fine on my Canon S5 IS camera. Stores gobs of pictures as well!

got this at a good price on a sale. Was for an mp3 player and worked right away. Not much to say other than it is an easy upgrade with good capacity and a good price.

Can't believe the price, about half the price of similar products from better-known makers. Works perfectly with all of my SDHC devices. Patriot is also a reputable manufacturer of flash memory. The card was well-packaged, offers the capacity advertised, and works! Used right now for my Eee PC worked perfectly.Completely satisfied! Can't wait for the 32GB version to come out.

I bought this card for an EEE PC. Works perfectly. I formated it in NTFS and the EEE PC recognizes it.HDTach shows read spead = 17 MB/s. 18 MB/s burst speed. Random access 1.2 ms.CPU utilization shows < 2%Time to write a 104,622 KB file = 10.8 seconds = 9.6 MB/sTime to read a 104,622 KB file = 6.2 seconds = 16.8 MB/sTimes shown are for my desktop Asus P5WD2 front USB using an SD to USB reader I bought from NCIX.

I purchased this 16GB SDHC card for $75 on sale. I bought it specifically for my eee PC which was getting starved for space. Its worked just fine so far, no problems, and it seems to read and write fairly quickly, too.

This card is great! It's really fast, I get about 10-29MB/sec read performance from it, it's really slick and works realy well with my Cannon Powershot SD790IS. I'd highly recommend it.

This is an awsome amount of file space. It's larger than the HD on my earlier Notebook (Sony Vaio Z505).It will not be possible to go back to a measely 256mb SD card after having this for a while.It's too bad such capacity could not be available on a Non-HC SD card.I am very happy to have purchased it for such a reasonable price.

I bought this for my boss to be used in his digicam. There is enough room to take lots of pictures and videos. I hope it perform as good in the long term

Well, i'm using with my Kodak v1253 and man! that machine can record nice! Anyway, with 720p recording, no stopping and thus flawlessly recording occurs.I highly recommend it if you are looking for something has the speed and the highest memory and the lowest price. This is it!PS: Hopefully in the long run, it will not cause me any problems...

This is a great product at an amazing price (especially the sale price of $69.99 I got it at) and is definitely worth it if you need all the space. I bought it for my Cowon D2, effectively bringing the avalailable space I have to ~20GB. I've had no issues with this Flash Card so far, and I don't think I will.

SDHC spec works well for flash cards. It is faster overall and like the upgrade. Especially the bigger cards.

Amazing the storage capacity of SDHC - same size as SD cards yet huge capacities. Class 6 device so this is the best (max 6MB/s).Would definitely purchase again if needed.

In the canon 5mp. So far I dont need to change/ empty the card because of there being no more room. Fast too for a big card.

Bought this for my girlfriend to use with her Canon A640, it has worked flawlessly so far. Great card for the price. I paid 109.99 for this on January 10 price is now 89.99 guess I should have waited.

I purchased this card for use with my Panasonic SD5 digital video camcorder in early December 2007. The SD5 records full HD (1920 x 1080i) in AVCHD format to SDHC cards.Panasonic recommends its own Class 6 SDHC card (about $200 for the 8 GB model at the time; there was no 16 GB model available). I did not know the Patriot brand and was concerned that, despite being listed as a Class 6 card, the write speed of the card would not be fast enough for the AVHCD video. The Class 6 SDHC spec guarantees a minimum 6 MB/sec. transfer speed, and "up to" 20 MB/sec. As I understand it, most AVCHD camcorders require the SD card to perform at about 13 MB/sec. write speeds as a minimum.I have now used this Patriot card for 3 months and it has worked flawlessly in the camcorder. Given that, in December 2007, it was less than half the price for double the capacity (!), I will choose Patriot again when it comes time to upgrade. I strongly recommend it based on my experience.
