Plugged proper into old Dell desktops, worked like a charm. No muss, no fuss. Those dinosaurs are roaring as soon as again. No configuration work even needed, BIOS detected them and played nice with them straight out of the box, just as other reviewers had stated they would. Bought 12 sticks to upgrade 6 PCs. 1 of the 12 sticks turned out to be bad. I had read all the old evaluations, although, so I knew it was a possibility. The legendary Newegg RMA is now in course of action, must be excellent to go soon. I advise these to pump new life into your old Dell. Just make certain you verify them as soon as installed.

This is great memory, rock stable, at an unbeatable value. With the rebate, I assume I'm paying just a tiny bit over 20 bucks for 1GB. Great deal in my estimate. None that I've noticed. I have two 512mg sticks of the very same stuff that I've been operating close to two years now with completely no problems.

Brought life to an old Compaq Desktop. I mean it is seriously impressive what a single of these can do to improve a computers efficiency. Running XP Pro and applications would not load bogged down and to put it merely it created you loose interest in even searching up factors on the internet. This issue did the trick. I can click on a thing and it now functions and does so extremely, really rapid! Me taking so extended debating whether or not or not I really should attempt this.
