The good quality, and price point had been two of the key factors that helped me make-up my mind. I thought about going low cost and buying two of the 1GB Wintec sticks, but I have been burned prior to by going with the cheapest memory. My brother-inlaw and I have allways had good luck with Patriot and Corsaire, and this time Newegg occurred to have a fantastic deal on the Patriot 1GB memory. I installed it in an old Dell Dimension 2400 that only had 1 512MB stick of memory in 1 of the 2 slots on the motherboard. I installed the Patriot memory 1 at a time, rebooting following every to check the sticks individually. Every little thing loaded perfectly, and WOW what a difference. This memory will give your Computer a key increase in speed. If you are sitting there second guessing regardless of whether you need to purchase this memory, Stop thinking about it and just Buy IT. You will not be dissatisfied. PATRIOT ROCKS!!! I should have bought this a long time ago, but I guess that is my own fault. Newegg has the best cost on memory that I have been able to find. Their shipping is quite fast, and they package their item incredibly nicely. So you do not have to be concerned about damage for the duration of shipment. I am now a Newegg consumer for life.

I installed this stick in below 5 minutes. I've only been working with it for a few hours, but I've observed a noticeable improvement in efficiency as far as gaming and standard computing. Definitely won't be the last Patriot RAM stick I ever acquire. Nothing yet. All is properly. Fairly Superior with gaming, as extended as you have the other required specs. Hurray Patriot!

Far more memory = a nice time. Upgraded from 512K to 1024K noticable improve in speed. Video production in divx and conversion to flv significantly quicker. Don't mix with old memory, upgrade with matched set. None, worked right away. Free shipping is curious as it takes 4 days for item (less than 1 ounce) to travel from Southern California to Sacramento. Quite frustrating.

The price is correct for the age of the memory that you are finding. Really should be lower, but just the identical, it may not be for you, as it was not for me. I got this, it did not register in my computer, all the other memory I have dose, but this 1 stick is , really should I use the "G" word, I believe not, I will let you do that. Thought was a good price, but was decieved Advertised price does not apply for more then one stick, Rebate does not apply if you order much more then one stick. my 1st order to this sight, believed it was going to be a superior 1, but immediately after this sale i am quite displeased. rebate give makes this a bad taste in my mouth.

Installed, booted right up. Running in dual channel with an additional identicle stick. Not as quickly as DDR2

Works terrific with no complaints from any of the PC computers I've put these in so far; works equally as effectively in a couple of Mac Mini's that use this sort of RAM with no trouble at all. I ordered 4 of these and they all worked fantastic suitable out of the box. They raised the cost soon after I ordered mine, I'll wait until it goes back down once more ahead of I order much more. Seems to be working fine. Placed in an P4 System and they immediately noticed the difference in boot-up and loading time. They are pleaseently surprised by the decrease in the time it takes to load a program, even Windows Live Mail. What else can be said. It is PC3200 RAM, does what is it supposed to do, and as usual NCIX shipped them out as quickly as expected.

I have four of these currently in my Power Mac Dual G5 and am about to add an additional four of this Patriot ram. I have the Power Mac Dual G5 that can take 8gb of ram. I really like this memory, works incredibly properly and have not ever had a problem with it. None.
