Patriot Intel Extreme Master 8GB 2X4GB PC3-17000 DDR3-2133 11-11-11-27 1.5V Dual Channel Memory Kit
Cons:-Heat spreaders are rather tall (could get in the way of aftermarket coolers)
Pros:Works like a champ, i suggest if going 16GB get the matched set. Instead of 2x4GB x 2Overclocks well |

Patriot Intel Extreme Master 8GB 2X4GB PC3-17000 DDR3-2133 11-11-11-27 1.5V Dual Channel Memory Kit
Cons:The XMP Profile that was set up was a bit off
Pros:Great, fast, inexpensive Comment:
great RAM, havent had any issues other than the first one which was easily rectified.. the XMP profile on the RAM was incorrectly programmed to 11-11-11-26 when it should have been 11-11-11-27; easy loophole to fix though. |

Patriot Intel Extreme Master 8GB 2X4GB PC3-17000 DDR3-2133 11-11-11-27 1.5V Dual Channel Memory Kit
Cons:Heatspeader size may conflict with cpu coolers. Ram runs at 3T.
Pros:Looks nice, runs good, and with a simple bios change to xmp, it ran at the listed specs. Comment:
Nice, fast ram for anyone looking for something along these speeds.Noticable improvements in benchmarks and some games for me.Installation was a issue, as clearance between a Hyper 212 plus cooler and the rams heatspreaders was non existent, and required some force and angle to install. Previous g.skill ripjaws fit fine. |
Great Value and a good over clocker. Heat spreaders are rather tall and more for looks than function. If you use a fan such as a Noctua aftermarket cooler will be tight!
