Cons:None
Pros:More memory for my computerEnhanced gameplay Comment:
I used to just have a stock acer aspire 5100 with 1 GB (2 512 sticks) of RAM. I needed an upgrade in order for more games to be playable, so I ordered two of these sticks. Boy, do they get the job done, and for an awesome price! Anyone with an Acer Aspire 5100 who wants to upgrade their lappy should definitely buy these. Thanks NCIX and Patriot! |

Pros:PerformanceCompatibilityPrice (got it on sale for $30 a piece D:) Comment:
I have been recommending Patriot RAM to friends and colleagues due to the support I have seen on NCIX's forums and when I saw these on sale, I just had to pick up a couple for myself. Thankfully my recommendations were not baseless!Installed them fine in my MacBook Core Duo 1.83GHz (first gen MacBook - MA254LL/A) and is running great! |

Cons:None apparent at this time
Pros:The RAM is fast and runs cooler on your lap than the stock memory. Comment:
I have a laptop that came with Vista and 1GB of ram. As most people with Vista know that isn't enough. This RAM is excellently priced for what you get; it has increased the overall speed and performance of my laptop. Maybe it’s just my imagination but it appears to run a little cooler as well. |

Works as advertised in a dell notebook. Nice boost in performance. Packaging would be prone to the dimm shifting back and forth around inside however. |

I wanted to boost up my laptop and this thing sure did the trick. I immediately noticed a boost in performance and it seems to run a bit cooler in general. Definitely worth the money! My laptop is a Ga(y)teway 1.6Centrino Duo with a X1400 video card and again, worked perfectly, no fitzing required. |

Patriot Memory Patriot 1024MB PC5400 DDR2 667MHz SODIMM Memory
Cons:none so far.
Pros:It Works! System Profiler IDs this Patriot RAM properly. Comment:
I installed this in my 2.0 GHz MacBook with ease! Unmatched DIMMs are not a problem with the MacBook. I have a 256 stick (from apple) and the new 1 GB stick installed together, and OSX runs flawlessly. If you have any reservations about installing this in a MacBook (the unmatched DIMMs worried me in the past), it's much easier than you think! If you currently only have 512 MB of RAM, you will notice a (wonderful) increase in performance. |

I bought this RAM to replace one of the 512 MB sticks in my 24" iMac. It was instantly recognized and works fine. I'd recommend this RAM, especially for the price. I'll definitely purchase another on in the near future to bring the system RAM up to 2 GB. This review was modfied by poster @ 10-28-06 08:33 AM |

Cons:None
Pros:cheaper than othersnice alternative Comment:
works great with my black macbook, just installed it and did an extended hardware test using the apple hardware test utility and have been using it nonstop and its great, no problems at all. A nice cheaper alternative to other ram. |
With laptop ram modules dirt cheap nowadays, I jumped the gun and got this stick. Works great, limited by Dell Inspiron 1501 bios settings. Would purchase this again for friends... at a lower price.
