Cons:not yet find
Pros:It is on sale, good deal Comment:
The flash memory drive comes in a retail package. I haven't used it yet. I bought it for later use. However, I expect it to perform well. |

Patriot Xporter Supersonic Xpress 25MB/S Read 25MB/S Write 16GB USB3.0 Flash Memory Drive
Cons:write speed is only 10M/s
Pros:price,usb.3.0.retractable Comment:
Bought it on sale for $10. Always like the retractable design. Tested on my desktop. Sequential writing is about 10MB/s, reading is about 80MB/s. The description of 800M/s is a typo obviously. |

Patriot Xporter Supersonic Xpress 25MB/S Read 25MB/S Write 16GB USB3.0 Flash Memory Drive
Cons:Writing is about 12MB/S; TLC chip inside, about 500 times erase/write
Pros:read is fast, capless, USB3.0 Comment:
reading is faster, easy to carry, but TLC chip would be a big problem, such erase/write of TLC chip usually 500 times; never exceed 1000 times according some articles, so be careful with your data if writing often. |

Patriot Xporter Supersonic Xpress 25MB/S Read 25MB/S Write 16GB USB3.0 Flash Memory Drive
Cons:Speed is all over the chart; no activity LED
Pros:Good READ speeds, WRITE speads are typical; like the push-pen cover Comment:
Delivery was quick, one day after confirmation.I test all USB mem-sticks for use with Linux distros with Flash Memory Toolkit 2 (Windows). Slow sticks get used for storage only. This one should be reasonable, but the small file WRITE speeds are mediocer, but typical for today. Importantly, there is no activity LED, so be careful about removing it.READ speeds: 22.15-29.98 MbpsWRITE speeds: 6.57-13.00 Mbps (slow on most small files) |

Patriot Xporter Supersonic Xpress 25MB/S Read 25MB/S Write 16GB USB3.0 Flash Memory Drive
Cons:none so far
Pros:writes at about 20MB on usb 2 which is pretty nice.reads around 25-30MB. Comment:
Pretty decent write speed while using usb 2.0 which was basically all i was looking for. My old kingston drive was about 12MB write and my friends keep making me copy movies onto their garbage drives that write at about 3-5MB tops, so I'm pretty happy with 20MB out of this drive. I filled the drive up immediately (mostly episodes of tv shows) and it never dipped below 20MB write. Also, price says $34.99 which is weird cause it was only $24.99 when I bought it, and I price matched it down to $17 so I'm not sure why it's at $34 at the time of this review. You can get the 32GB for only $25 right now if ya price match it. |

Patriot Xporter Supersonic Xpress 25MB/S Read 25MB/S Write 16GB USB3.0 Flash Memory Drive
Cons:Somewhat annoying "cap"
Pros:Extremely fast read/write (25/30 on USB 2.0) Comment:
Great drive, excellent price ($33), huge capacity, fast as hell. The only con is the way the USB plug retracts in to the "body" of the drive. It's sort of like a syringe, and to plug the drive in you basically have to push the blue thing and hold it while you insert it in to a plug.Minor annoyance, not even worth deducting a star. |

Patriot Xporter Supersonic Xpress 25MB/S Read 25MB/S Write 16GB USB3.0 Flash Memory Drive
Cons:none yet
Pros:decently fastvalueCLICKY! Comment:
Though it is unassuming, it maxes out the usb 2.0 both upload and download. 20-23mb/s on lager sequential files. good value considering the 3.0, which i haven't tested yet. but i have to say: the clicky pen like feature is to die for. insert drive, when you remove it automatically recedes. brilliant. best usb ive ever owned for speed and feel. it is a little clunkier than the picture but is asymmetric so you know which way is up. just hope i dont lose or bend this one, like the last 10 drives. |

Patriot Xporter Supersonic Xpress 25MB/S Read 25MB/S Write 16GB USB3.0 Flash Memory Drive
Cons:None
Pros:Very fast read and writeAchieved 80mb/s read 40mb/s write on the acer 3830tgLove the clicking mechanism Comment:
I was testing the speed of my usb 3.0 port and I was very impressed... I achieved faster speed than advertised. The usb key is made of plastic. It clicks in and out like a pen very smart design. |

Patriot Xporter Supersonic Xpress 25MB/S Read 25MB/S Write 16GB USB3.0 Flash Memory Drive
Cons:Much unnecessary and bulky plastic. Could have been much thinner! Clicky retracting spring-loaded mechanism is hard to get used to.
Pros:Very fast on read AND write, almost as advertised on a USB 2.0 connection. Comment:
Tempted to smash it to bits to extract the core drive.Overall i'm happy I bought it for capacity and speed but whoever designed the casing should be fired. |
This is the fastest USB stick I own, so I can't really compare it to any other stick. It is definitely worth it though. I've always been impatient waiting for even a few gigabytes of data to transfer on my older USBs, but this one is great for storing stuff when you're in a hurry.
