got this product for 75$ at bestbuy, returned it after a couple hours of tryouts.... despite roxio is far better at capturing video than the included software, the image quality is very good but the sound tends slow down or speed up to keep up with the image as the cpu load varies even on a high end hardware. I'm someone who would like the digital version looks as good as the analog version so I think I'm gonna spend a little more and get something else. |
The audio lags the video badly. I have to put it into Final Cut Express and synchronize the sound. Shouldn't have to do this. My Aurora Fuse capture card was much better. Too bad Apple doesn't support it anymore. The Pinnacle is a piece of junk.
