Cons:The USB port is upside down and my Bell USB modem acts like a kickstand.In router mode the WiFi traffic cannot access the wired network.The switch is easy to flick. Make sure it doesn't move unintentionally.The ethernet jack is tight / stiff. I have had some issues with some cables connecting properly.

This mini device does work. The battery operation has come in handy several times (shared Internet while driving in a vehicle).I do some pretty fancy networking as part of my job and the USB port annoyance and wifi -> wired routing issue were bothersome enough to me that I gave it to a coworker.
