I bought this product when there was $5 rebate. But after I sent ou all the documents and follow all their instruction for rebate, they said that it was missing the IMEI barcode enthough they scanned and attached me the doccument that I sent to them with picture of IMEI barcode in there. Watch out guy when you want to buy rebate product!!! After all it no longer a good deal.

Be aware, this is not the Discovery 640, it's the 640E. I bought a second one after the first was clearly wrong and the second order also arrived as a 640E. I explained the issue and they said they would check it out. The 640E is the same headset but has significantly fewer accessories, which was important to me. I returned both for a refund.

Simply awesome! Loud enough for any situation, the AAA charger is genius! Manufacturer supports replacement parts-i.e. Ear gels,other parts,so no worries if you lose something. Audio quality is on par with a corded headset. A best buy in Bluetooth!

This is great for comfort and small size. The 3 sizes of ear buds will fit most anyone so well, you don't need to use the over the ear wire. BUT, it has no noise canceling features. On the highway, unless in a very quiet vehicle, it is useless because it picks up to much noise. In a quiet setting, works well.
