The sound of the headset is great and the noise cancellation works well. I bought it for my wife, she likes it very much, but complained about the ear strap that if it moves in the handbag, the ear bud will come off too.

I purchased three (3) Plantronics Dicovery 655 Bluethooth Headsets -- one for my mother, one for my finance' and the other for myself -- the price was very appealing however the sound quality --- on ALL THREE was greatly muffled. Therefore I returned, all three. I would not suggest this product. All three of us have had several different headsets, thought out the years, including Plantronics -- and I have never had this type problem!!!!!!!!

Very good poduct for the money. I like the ability to charge the ear piece with a battery. Nice and small and very clear audio. Only problem is the silicone ear piece falls off at times when the wire ear loop is installed. I had some questions about the product and received great technical support.

Easy to setup, call quality is good, wish it paired with my phone a little faster... probably my phone. Good deal for the $$$.

This is my first headset and so I cannot compare it to others. That said, the sound quality is good, and it works well with my BlackBerry Curve.

This is a good little bluetooth headset. It works fine,though the battery could neet more endurance. Voice quality - hearing and receiving - is good, even while driving. I do not regret having bought the cheapest set on offer.

My problem is the performance. The headset seemed okay at first but I started to get echos and noises pretty quickly. Would not buy again.

Love this headset! Clear quality, eliminates outside noise, and you don't have to keep it in your ear. Answers automatically when you pull it out of it's case. Great buy!
