I have had several other blue tooth headsets since first getting into cell phones with blue tooth capability. This is VERY comfortable. Very durable. Charges in under 1 hour. Has the most obvious features, that work GREAT. But not so many that you get lost in the blue tooth void of features. This is an excellent buy, GREAT VALUE, best performance and quality! I recommend this to anyone looking for a reliable product that really holds up. By the way, I've owned this for nearly 3 years and it hasn't failed me yet.

I purchased this unit to use with my hearing aids as I cannot hear my cell phone with any clarity. Even though I had the plastic ear piece in my ear the plantronics still fit well enough to hear wonderfully and clearly for a change. Love the unit!

I bought one of these after I put my previous BT earbud through the wash. I found the only thing I liked was that the ear clip worked well. However, on day 30, the rubber earpiece fell of this thing and ever since, I have been battling it! No glue works more than a week. Also, reception is spotty and the battery wears after like a day or so, even if you don't take calls. Volume control s*cks and (unless the battery is at full charge) callers tell me that I sound like I'm talking through a tin can

Avoid this like necrotizing fasciitis! It's not loud enough, and picks up too much background noise. Battery life is too short. One star is too many.
