Immediately after installing the card and the updating to version 11.two of the ATI Catalyst utility and drivers, I promptly ran the AMD Overdrive facility, which tests and autotunes the GPU and memory clock settings from the typical 650MHz먳Mhz to what ever the application determines is optimal for your Computer. In my case, it increased the settings to 667Mhz묵MHz. Trusting guy that I am, I accepted the autotune ideas, assuming that if AMD’s application suggested it, it would HAVE to operate, n’est-ce pas?So considerably for assumptions. five-10 minutes right after booting the screen would all of a sudden pixelate, flash on and off a handful of times, then the Pc would BSOD with an error message about “ATIKMPAG.SYS”.Generally the BSOD continued to recur till I turned off the overclocking. For a price range card it is Good!!!! I did not feel it would be as excellent of a card as it is possessing ddr3 as an alternative of 5 and a 5 series gpu but it does good. To my suprise it got a WEI score of six.7 not undesirable for a HTPC. I truly considered sending this back since a 5670 single slot went on sale but the 5670 (dual slot) only gave me a score of 7 not worth the value distinction and hassel. This is what I believed the 5670 would be like, but that card is overkill for a inexpensive rig like I just built. This lil 5570 with 1gig mem is great for a non gaming machine. A machine that is utilized to surf the net and play video's from time to time. The perfect card for boards with onboard video built in and a person looking to free up ram and cpu load with a affordable card. This is great for the non-gamer, then once more, for a lite gamer. I was testing it on a 22" 1680x1050 and it operates just fine. Runs windows aero nicely. Video's played incredibly nicely on the web, episodes of house etc. full screen. Runs cool as heck! Then once again, the components on it are little and I only have a single case fan plus the psu. I appreciate it so far! None Like I stated, I bought a 5670 and found it to be a great selection for the 5750. The 5670 scores 7.four in win7 wei, this scores six.9. Wonderful cost, especially with the rebate. But even if I paid total cost, the efficiency was not even worth a single penny. Pixelation and red squares randomly in game or even just surfing the web. I'm not quite prepared to get rid of this computer system so this card assists breathe some life into this aging rig :) I don't do considerably other than play simple games (LoL and TF2) and watch videos. Decent efficiency for the price tag. Can even raid a bit on WoW on mediumish settings. Loud, high-pitched fan, annoying sufficient that I spent the added dollars on an aftermarket fan for it a week soon after I bought this. I got this for $40ish, and I am pretty happy with it. Silent, no heat issue, 1 slot card, does its job.It doesnt mean its good for gaming, or etc. This card is not made for gaming, although it will run some recent games in low settings w/ playable FPS. Just pay some more and get better graphics card If you are going to play games.I wouldnt give this item 5 stars since many onboard graphics are good enough nowdays that most people will find this card useless.

The card does every little thing I want it to do. I wasn't seeking for a monster gaming card, but I did want one thing that would be able to output 1080p to my new Sony Tv, so the HDMI was good. Video plays back smoothly and my fundamental games run just fine. The card also supports DX11, which is good but I don't think anything I program on performing will utilize it. Nonetheless a good alternative although. PowerColor support was extremely beneficial. The card itself is ideal, but I did run into a smaller snag (see comments below). I liked the fact that this card also had a VGA port (a lot of cards don't seem to provide them anymore these days) so I wanted to run dual display. Lengthy story brief, I couldn't get my two monitors to work simultaneously using HDMI and VGA. I referred to as up PowerColor and a gentleman by the name of Hugo explained to me that in order to run dual display I had to use a VGA converter on the DVI port since the VGA and HDMI ports are shared. Luckily I had a converter laying around so I was able to get my dual display up and running. Generally I have phoning up hardware firms for support but I had a great expertise with PowerColor (they truly speak English!), so kudos to that.

i can play crysis all high no aa at 1440x900 and crysis 2 on advanced settings loud, possibly the loudest factor in my pc, a batter heatsink on this factor would have been fantastic as it overheats when employed for a constant 5 hours then crashes the system.
