Straightforward install, works You have to install a 150 meg piece of ATI bloatware in order for HDMI to not look like junk. This is my initially high-finish 3D video card in about ten years so 150 meg programs that are necessary in order to tweak the display settings could be par for the course these days. I dunno, but sad if correct. Manufacturer Response:If you're talking about the AMD Catalyst Manage Center then it isn't bloatware. Yeah, it's a bit massive in size, but it gives a ton of configuration and efficiency enhancing attributes. If you need to have any aid with configuring your CCC settings really feel no cost to e-mail me. My e-mail is hugo@powercolor.com, thanks.-Hugo |

This is a great card. when I was buying here on Newegg, i wanted to buy the Gigabyte card, but I don't have space in my Micro ATX situation for a two slot card. It runs at about 45 -50 degrees C at idle. It brought my WEI score from 3. to five.4, but that low score is my cpu, almost everything else is at 5.9 thanks to this upgrade. I like the Nvidia control panel greater that the Catalyst manage center (CCC), the software program AMD has. When I first installed it, i was utilizing an anolog 20" LCD (later i added one more by means of an adapter to the DVI) and the screen was all yellow tinted. (blue vista theme looked green) I was trying to repair this by means of application, but then when Installed my second monitor I fixed it by jiggling the cable - hmm, could of been my cable fault perhaps, but i have under no circumstances had that challenge ahead of. PowerColor is a excellent brand.ATI overdrive delivers a great protected way to overclock the card.mine is now operating at 900mhz core clock, and 1330mhz memory clock. the fan is loud at anything over 65% speed.i have a zalman vf900 that I might try to use on this card.make positive your power provide has a devoted PCIe 6 pin connector. I use a 500W enermax liberty a single egg off for issues with AMD computer software and the tint |

Upgrade from NVidia GS 8400 -- Windows Knowledge Index went from 3.1 to 7.four for both graphics measurements. Downloaded most current drivers from ATI and installed flawlessly. I'm not considerably of a gamer but the ones I do have are noticeably enhanced in graphics -- turned on AA to 4x and AF. Has DVI, VGA and HDMI which is what I wanted. No so far. I wanted VGA to be capable to connect to my KVM -- a lot of cards are dropping VGA. |

No problems installing. ATI driver set up/uninstall computer software appears to have got far better. Upgrading from a 4670, didn't have the driver troubles(didn't have to super clean all traces of preceding ATI software package out manually to get CCC to work)like all radeon cards i have had. Been reading testimonials on the 5770 given that they came out, lots of not so excellent ones. I have also noticed most of the ones that have problems are utilized with intel chipsets. My process is all AMD/ATI a so I felt confident I would have no issues. I have also often utilized PowerColor cards OC'ed for years and they are still running sturdy, on standby for backup....but don't assume I will require them anytime soon. Newegg and PowerColor deliver once more. None so far, will update if any arise. MSI 785gPhenom IIx2mushkin 1x2 800powercolor 57707200rpm HDseasonic 520w |

Small card, fits Dell Optiplex 760. Makes use of a low quantity of energy for the amount of performance you get. Scored 7.4 in Aero and Gaming graphics in Windows 7, plays the few games I play with ease @ 1200x1600. My card will overclock fairly effectively and the fan is extremely adjustable to suit your requirements. The fan set to 50% is about the identical loudness as the CPU fan in my Optiplex, setting it to 65% keeps the card at 40 degrees C at idle and ឱ degrees whilst gaming. I have no cons. I had no trouble installing, no difficulty with overall performance and the drivers went in smooth. I like the card very considerably. That becoming mentioned, I think it really should be a tad cheaper. Just my opinion for what it is. |

So far so excellent! I installed it and it just works amzing! I overclocked it to 965Mhz core and a whopping 1445Mhz Memory! Thats the highest it will allow me to go on Catalyst Control Center! Runs avg 50 degrees Celsius when idle, close to about 55-60 MAX on Total GPU load playing Black Ops or BFBC2 or COD:MW2 or Runes of Magic at Complete SETTINGS. Full settings suggests AAx4, SHADOWS (Never have I been able to use shadows as it is very GPU intensive), 1280x1024 graphics (Do I truly require significantly larger? lol), plus additional that I cant don\'t forget correct now cuz Im at work. Um...not really any... Ok I saw a person post that this card's downfall was that the fan is facing down??? I have no dilemma with that, as the Inspiron 546 that I have has holes on the side panel of the case, just beside the fan on the GPU! Guys, I used to play my games, ALL OF THEM, on lowest settings. Either 640x480 or 800x600, no further special setting or effects. I can now play MAX. That is a large distinction. My KDR on the FPS games I play went from 'You noob' to 'U hacker!'. I could get 7-ten max frames per second on games at these settings, if I could even play it on these settings. I am now operating 90 FPS solid. If I turn off shadows I will jump to more than 150. I went from a Radeon 4350 to this Radeon 5770. I am glad I created this jump and I am NOT dissapointed. Go try to locate a much better card nVidia wise for 贄. I doubt you will discover many. This is the finest bang for 贄. |

- DirectX 11 support- Good value (other manufacturers have just HD5750 cards at the value of this HD5770 1GB)- 1GB of GDDR5 memory (more memory helps for greater resolution gaming)- Cooler is much less bulky than the ATI HD5770 reference cooler design- Has all three video outputs one may well need to have, VGA, DVI, and HDMI- Performs perfectly with Catalyst 10.four for Windows 7 64-bit- Runs Call of Duty four: Modern day Warfare, Microsoft Flight SImulator X, Battlefield Undesirable Firm two, NFS Shift, Sims 3, and Grand Theft Auto IV all at 1920x1080 with no lag, AA and AF on- 7.4 score on WEI in Windows 7 64-bit - Huge cursor concern on a Core i5 750 build with Windows 7 I did for a relative of mine, with each Catalyst ten.three and 10.4 (wasn't this concern supposed to be fixed by now?). This situation does not take place on my Phenom II X4 965 construct, with the very same OS and Catalyst ten.four drivers.Enabling cursor trails and setting the trail to the smallest setting so it's not that visible is the fix I am utilizing for that big cursor concern at the moment. General, very best video card on a efficiency/value basis I've seen but. Gives amazing overall performance appropriate for nowadays's demanding Computer games, while at a a lot more cost-effective cost. |

It's not a double-wide. Fits comfortably into 1 slot. Can't overclock. Replaced an ATI HD3870 Radeon with this card. I can get 10 times much better frame rate in video games than I used to. I tried to use the overclock tool in the ATI Radeon software program suite and found that was a incredibly poor move. The card comes overclocked so don't mess with it. |

Pricing point. It was defective the initially time I ordered it, and the RMA replacement shipped from newegg was also defective. Both time the video card would fail to display something. I have attempted it across many computer systems, trying just about every display port on this card every time, and still absolutely nothing displays. The only sings of life these cards had was the fan spinning up. Judging by the marks on the packaging tape of the RMA replacment, I highly suspect Newegg merely repackaged the exact same broken card I sent them intially, and sent it suitable back to me. If that's the case, I find it entirely unacceptable. The card was clearly defective, and all they did was waste my time and money shipping it back to them when, about to be twice. Manufacturer Response:I actually doubt Newegg would do some thing like that because that isn't their policy as far as I'm aware. Either way, I would like more data relating to the complications you were getting with this card. We have had incredibly superior luck with this series, so for you to have 2 DOA cards in a row then some thing is surely amiss. My e-mail is hugo@Powercolor.com, thanks.-Hugo |

With the Release of the new Catalyst manage center, (and my upgrade to windows 7 64 bit) i like this card a lot additional. If you run old games, or CAD apps (i run 3ds max, and Creo elements) the card will not recognize it as a game, and the power saving capabilities will not up the clocks to your set level. Operates @ 50 degrees C OC'd immediately after operating 3Dmark11. windows 7 64 bit nonetheless has concerns with this card and two monitors. gray bars and such flash across the screen. Difficulty solved by disabling second monitor when you don't will need it. by generating a profile, you can bypass the power saving capabilities. locate C:\users\XXX\appdata\ATI\ACE\profiles\ then edit the new profile you made in notepad so that the 3 distinct clock settings are all the very same as the max.then you can enable this profile to get complete 3D clocks anytime you want additional power. |

Not as major as my final GT card. Quiet, and effortless to install. Affordable and makes use of less power than the 5830. Mine was less than 120 with shipping, and devoid of a rebate. Powercolor download page was way as well slow to download drivers, but ATI's web-site downloaded quickly, and worked flawlessly. Went from a four.two video rating to 7.4 on Win7 64bit. My photographs load in half the time, and Photoshop doesn't slow down a bit. Operating an AMD QC black edition on an Asus MB. Only point slowing this thing down is the tough drive. NewEgg solid state HD right here I come. |

Runs COD Black Ops @ 1920x1200 with 2x AA and max AF. Every little thing else maxed out and gets about 40-60 FPS with no overclock. No glitches, heat problems or issues with setup. Great price tag (贄)for this level of GPU power. Waiting for rebate, but not holding my breath. I generally purchase Sapphire stuff which has worked wonderful, but this Pc card has got me thinking that PowerColor is doing it correct too. I think this is all the card I require for moderate gaming for the subsequent two years. |

OS: Windows 7, X64. ASRock motherboard. This card replaced two X1900 ATI CrossFires that had been about two years old. After installing the card, for some reason my mouse wouldn’t perform at load. Microsoft put in the drivers. The Microsoft drivers had been deleted by working with the Device Manager from the Control Panel, and downloaded the latest ATI drivers. In comparison with the 1900’s, the Microsoft Windows Encounter Index jumped from 5.6 to 7.4 for both “Graphics” and “Gaming Graphics”. None so far. |
Decent card at a great value.Nice compact size.Fairly quiet when not highly stressed - not silent, but not the jet engine my old card was. Excellent for gaming, most likely also noisy for a serious HTPC. None. This was bought to replace an Asus ATI 4870 with 1gb DDR5. I replaced the card simply because of a program case modify; my old card was simply also lengthy for the new HTPC situation. I also upgraded my mainboard at the identical time from a PCIE 1. to a PCIE two. unit. The end outcome is that I'm seeing either the identical frame rates or frame rates that are just a tiny bit faster ྪ% - 15%) than the 4870 card.My goal was to not loose overall performance so all round the alter was a win, but I had hoped for a more substantial gain with the jump from PCIE 1. to PCIE 2. on the mainboard.
