PowerColor Radeon HD 7870 GHz Edition AX7870 2GBD5-2DH Video Card
Cons:- Shipped driver and beta drivers cause flickering black artifacts.

Pros:- Easily handles the latest games.- Easy to overclock.- Amazing cost/performance value.
Comment:
I purchased card while it was on sale for $219.99 (and have since sent away for an additional $20 rebate. My initial experience with the card was worrying. The drivers that ship with the card and the latest beta drivers both caused black artifacts to appear all over my desktop/games etc. Once I downloaded the latest certified driver from AMD, everything started working perfectly. I can overclock without issue. This card can easily handle the latest games (such as Borderlands 2, X-COM, Dishonored, etc.) at max settings at 1920x1200.I highly recommend this card (even more-so if you can buy it on sale) - just make sure to download the latest certified driver.

PowerColor Radeon HD 7870 GHz Edition AX7870 2GBD5-2DH Video Card
Cons:price could be a lil lower even as this is the stock cooling solution but this card has only been out 2-3 weeks.

Comment:
AMD needs to keep this up with there graphics products, very good/great product more specificaly the gpu. :)As previous reviewer stated gpu hits 1.2 ghz with no issue using CCC with the power set for the added 20%. I also as well upgraded from a 5850 as well but a stock cooler based one from power color as well. BTW, powercolor gets alot of slack from users for not being great, but i've owned now 2 previous ones & now this one for 3 without no issues.I have it running with this system: AMD Phenom II X6 1090T b 4 Ghz w/ Coolermaster Hyper 212+ stock fanGigabyte 890GX-UDMP4Mushkin Enhanced Blackline "Frostbite" DDR3 1600 16 gig's.(2 x 8 gig. kits)Mushkin Enhanced Cronos Deluxe 120 SSD750 Gig Seagate Baracuda 7200.11Sound Blaster X-FiCoolermaster 690 Advanced II w/ Corsair HX 650Win 7 Enterprise SP1As of Catalyst 12.3's:idle: 26c b 33% fan / load 56c b 38% fan in sub basement1200 (1.2 ghz) gpu1400 (5.6 ghz) memoryHere is a sample of preformance diffrence in World Of Tanks b 1920x1080, max detail done over a 5 minute fraps bench(note 7870 was only clocked to lower level as I was just starting to scale the clocks up):5850 b .775/1.4 GhzFramesMin,Max,Avg12717,23,67,35.3257870 b 1.1/1.25 Ghz10250,32,91,53.224

PowerColor Radeon HD 7870 GHz Edition AX7870 2GBD5-2DH Video Card
Cons:None

Pros:FastPower efficientQuiet and effective coolerLots of room for overclocking
Comment:
Purchased this as an upgrade from a 5850, so far it exceeds all my expectations. It runs cooler and the fan is quieter, it overclocks very well as I have it at a 200 increase on the core so far. Runs all games that started to lag on my 5850 easily, great upgrade path imo. For regular price it's a little expensive considering the higher end cards, but on sale or pm'd it is a great value. On full load (100% constant load with miner) it runs less than 70c with the fan on auto which sets it at around 50%.
