Misleading image

I have not tested out the floppy cable they have sent me but I am sure that it works. When I ordered this cable I thought I was going to get what was in the picture: a dual floppy cable with card edge and pin header connectors. Instead I was shipped a dual floppy cable with only pin header connectors from a different manufacturer than powerup. Oh well, I didn't spend too much money on this. |

Why Pay More?

This drive came as shown. It powers from the 120 VAC outlet and it started a parallel IDE hard drive right away with xp operating system. I was able to use the drive form my crashed computer and transfer files to my new serial drives computer. I have not tried my 3.5 |

I realize there's not much you can write about when reviewing a floppy drive cable, but I just want to commend this site for suggesting the cable in your ''May We Reccomend'' feature. My computer came without a floppy drive, and I never would have thought about a cable when ordering the drive. When I opened my computer, sure enough, no cable. Imagine my disappointment had I tried to install my new floppy drive only to discover the new computer came without the cable. My 5 Star rating goes to this store itself. THANKS AGAIN you're RIGHT ON, as usual. |
This is a fine 3.5 floppy drive cable, but it does not have a 5.25 drive connector as pictured in the photo.
