Powercolor Radeon HD 7970 925MHZ 3GB 5.5GBPS GDDR5 DVI HDMI 2XMINIDP PCI-E Video Card
Cons:NONE
Pros:- Very fast card- Runs everything I throw at it- Plays 5760x1080 eyefinity flawlessly. Comment:
People complain about that price of the card. What do you expect when you get the best? I would gladly pay the price again to setup crossfire.I upgraded from a 5870, and what an upgrade. VERY PLEASED with this card, and another fine product from AMD. I can't say enough positive things about this card. But you have to have one to understand. |

Powercolor Radeon HD 7970 925MHZ 3GB 5.5GBPS GDDR5 DVI HDMI 2XMINIDP PCI-E Video Card
Cons:A bit noisy
Pros:Blazing fast Comment:
Flagship card from AMD, it is really quick as it runs all my games on my 24" at maximum settings.Still fiddling around with it and it overclocks very well ran 1125/1500 straight out of the box and it was perfect, but the OEM fan sure is loud when a game starts pushing the card. |
I purchased two of these to run in crossfire in order to do 3x1920x1080 eyefinity gaming easily. Both the driver and crossfire support is very poor however the cards are very powerful even when only one is running alone. It is the best you can get which makes it very expensive but I would not get crossfire again unless I was sure that the driver issues had been fixed.
