Cons:- Screen flickering- Certain resolutions not detected/unavailable when this cable is used between a laptop connected to an external monitor (in my case, a 40" tv)

I purchased this cable after returning the previous cable I bought (Belkin 15ft M/M VGA cable) to connect my laptop to my 40" Samsung LCD TV. It works, but now my laptop will not allow me to choose a 1920x1080 resolution on my external display, whereas my original 6ft PC VGA monitor will do so no problem on the same TV.Also, to my dismay, the ferrite core bulbs seems to do very little to remove interference in the picture, as a flickering is definitely visible.*WOULD NOT BUY/RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT AGAIN*(I did not have an OrderID to give this review 2-Stars since this was a local pick-up)
