Cons:-A very heavy headset. Personally, this isn't a big deal and understandable considering there are 5.1 speakers in the damn thing.-These are not audiophile headphones. If you don't intend to play games, then pick up a headset suited as such. That said, gaming has never sounded so great!-If someone else is in the room with you, they will be able to hear what you hear as the headset doesn't contain the sound very well (I think this was a design decision in order to make the flaps).

Pros:-EXCELLENT positional audio.-Sound quality is superb for gaming. Bass is booming and Battlefield has never sounded so good!-Construction quality is excellent.-Very comfortable. I wear glasses while on the computer and my last pair of headphones would squeeze too tightly around the ears making the glasses press into my skin. Not so with the Carbons (the padding is nice and soft)!-Canadian company!
