Dud broken from start

Broken from start, LED light never came so no power tried 3 different kind of batteries, the wouldn't give a return number online. So I sent an email. In the long run it would be cheaper to just throw the universal away as the charge for shipping it back would be as much as the item cost. thanks, Alan
