I have only used this a couple of times and it functions fine. Retracts fine, etc. The main problem I have is that the 'guards' for the catch on the RJ45 connector is too strong. When you are reaching behind your laptop or up to the network switch you don't want to put a death grip on something to get it free. Maybe it will weaken over time or I can cut it off!
