I've recently replaced my stock intel cooler for i5 4670 (haswell) with this heatsink because the stock cooler is constantly running at about 95 degrees celcius and creating unstable turbo boost and speed step changes causing stutter in CPU intensive applications. Now it runs at 45 degrees celcius in stress test! That's 50 degress celcius of changes for a $20 heat sink! This review might not be totally fair though as I used Arctic Cooling MX-2 instead of the default thermal paste and added my extra 92mm fan to the back of the heatsink. But this is pretty much water cooling temperature for a $20 heatsink with 1 extra fan and good thermal paste. Highly recommended for guys just wanting to replace their stock fans, and for OC guys who don't mind adding just a little bit extra to make this competitve with higher end heatsinks.
