I needed to replace my htc snap and this was the best alternative, BBM is an excellent feature. For mobilicity users, make sure you have bis set up, you can do this by calling mobilicity. The phone does feel flimsy, but does have a decent non-slip grip on the back. The buttons are very tough to push, though I am certain it will soften up after more use~
