-Correct way to split a motherboard PWM. (no threat of burn out)-Plenty of length.-Could daisy chain various dozen fans with no be concerned of burning out motherboard header. -Tangled mess, but it seriously can't be avoided the way the splitter operates. -Cable management will have your head throbbing, but again can't be avoided. -The molex connector makes use of up a spot, it ought to have been a male/female passer. I had to grind off the "key" on my Zalman heatsink fan connector due to it getting in the incorrect spot, this is Zalman's fault, not Rosewill's.The CPU fan connector could have been substantially, considerably, substantially shorter and just draw its energy directly from the motherboard to reduce back on the cable management nightmare. |

Gets the job done. Permits you to add 2 fans to the CPU header, along with the CPU fan itself. I am employing the lone case header for the PS fan, which is the second most important fan of them all. None. I sort of got around the shipping expense by ordering some thing else with it that needed a shipping charge. For some cause I thought this splitter would show all the fans plugged into it, which it doesn't. Now that I believe about it that was a stupid assumption on my element. Nevertheless glad I purchased it.It does the PWM thingy as far as I can inform. All three fans spin up and down based on the CPU fan BIOS settings, while a hardware monitor will only show the speed of the CPU fan. |

- Does what it's supposed to- Low-cost- Fantastic for motherboards with not enough fan plugins readily available :) None! Truly content with this acquire, it lets me use all my CPU fans with my custom develop, I by no means have to worry about my big Sapphire Radeon 4890 2gb overheating at all, even in my Tuniq 3 metal tower. |

Dunno. Can't figure out the logic of this point. No Guidelines. Who ever dreamed this a single up? 1st of all, before you order this thing, look cautiously at the images. If, like me, you assumed you were obtaining a 4-pin PWM fan connector labelled "CPU fan" in the photo + two three-pin "Case Fan" connectors--you would be wrong. The case fan connectors are also 4-pin and wired such that only 2 wires are used for a 3-pin fan. I guess the other wire on pin no. four is in case you have a whole bunch of PWM four-pin fans lying around. Suitable. So, the bottom line is that, as other reviewers have reported, you Must use the separate 4-pin Molex connector to provide energy to this contraption, rather than power becoming taken from the motherboard fan header. In truth--and this one takes the cake--the 4 pin connector to the motherboard only has wires on 2 of the four pins!! Sheeeez. |

Does split the PWM signal from your motherboard header and allows you to have many fans controlled just like the CPU fan. Valuable for setting up a push/pull configuration on a motherboard that doesn't have two PWM connectors normally. The way the wiring is set up is type of annoying, it tends to make it actually challenging to do wire management and just type of gets in the way. Inexpensive and successful, worked. |

Does have two other 2 PWM fan connectors for use from 1 1 Mobo connector. A totally free Male four-pin molex connector is essential for this to operate. The other two connectors only have three wires to the 4 pin connector, 1-2-4. I can only assume this would handle the fan speed. The energy to all fans comes from the molex connector and that is not stated in the description. I have a HTPC w/ only Sata power connectors w/o any extras, so this didn't perform for me. I was adding an additional case fan and had no molex to use with this adapter, thus no fans worked, not even the CPU fan. Wasted dollars. |

Good little factor if you have a number of PWM fans (for instance, mounting two fans on a H50/H70). I like the reality that it draws from the PSU and not a fan header; this way I can mount my two 4000RPM Deltas on it with out worry of blowing some thing up on my motherboard...Wires are a good length. Fan rotation speed is only on a single fan, so you can plug several fan varieties into this, and only monitor the one particular fan you care about. (Good for H70/H50, plug the front fan into the monitored, and then the other fan and the pump into the non-monitored lines). Cabling is a bit messy. Verify your fans beforehand. There are two 'styles' of PWM connectors I am conscious of. One is a backwards compatible style where the 'guide rails' on 4pin connector match a 3pin connectors'. The other style is non backwards compatible; the guide rails are spaced father apart. This splitter's shrouds match the backwards compatible sort connectors. Take a close appear at the picture and you'll see what I mean. It is not as well massive of a deal if you have fans with the non-backwards compatible although, take a razor/exacto knife and shave away the offending guide rail till it fits. |

This point will take a fan controller on your mobo and splits it 3 ways, but rather of drawing power from the mobo it has a regular power connector that it draws from. Just brilliant. Tends to make a bit of a mess of wires when paired with my two Nexus fans on my CPU cooler, but that's to be expected. Excellent item. Will buy far more. |

It functions and doesn't price and arm and a leg, it also delivers a configuration alternative most PWM splitter cables don't. It takes the PWM signal from the mother board and splits it 3 techniques but provides for power connection off of the energy provide rather than the mother board. (three major fans will possibly draw to quite a few watts for MB connection) none I have two fans on my CPU cooler and the rear case fan all running off of the CPU fan setting on the MB. It's quiet and cool when it wants to be, |

Great and low cost.Lots of connectors for these with couple of PWM plugs on their motherboardIt functions just fine, no complications at all. None. I necessary this as my mobo only has two 3-pin PWM's on it, one particular for case fan and 1 for CPU fan and I got an new CPU cooler that utilizes 1 four-pin PWm and one three-pin PWM. I did not use the RPM feedback plug as it makes use of a four pin and does not appropriately connect to my mobo. I hooked the situation fan to the CPU fan plug on the mobo and now I just have to hit f2 to dismiss the "Case fan not detected" warning the BIOS provides me each time I start the pc up. |

-Affordable-Functional -No included literature (Although it's a relatively self-explanatory device)-Need to be plugged in to a full-fledged molex connector, the "fan" connector coming from your PSU doesn't offer sufficient power (See other thoughts) When I initially hooked this issue up and fired up the program I was rather worried when the BIOS was showing my CPU fan wouldn't spin at far more than 400 RPM. It then dawned upon me that my PSU's "fan" connectors (those molex connectors that only have two tiny wires going in to them) probably weren't supplying sufficient juice for two case fans and a 9700. I plugged the adapter in to a standard molex connector and it's been working flawlessly considering that. Rebuilt a rig for a buddy of mine, and replaced the 680i mobo with a 750i. We then discovered that the 750i didn't have adequate onboard fan connectors for all the fans in the Antec Solo, and this little item fits the bill perfectly.Nonetheless gets five eggs regardless of lack of directions due to the fact it's quite straightforward to figure out. |

Inexpensive. Inexpensive. Particularly poorly created. connectors are really flimsy and lack of sleeving makes for unstable connections. There are greater goods, do a search for PWM splitter. |

Power and control in a single cable. Like the cable management it provides no mess or fuss on three fans, and you cant beat the price tag! I forgot to re-order another 2 on my last order. I wish the 2 additional female had all four pins not just 3. |

This splitter cable is an economy implementation of a remedy to sharing a PWM regulated fan header the appropriate way. It does the job. It's low-cost. The connector ends are high quality and fit snugly. The cable lengths are adequate to do the job. Every single cable end is clearly marked and pretty considerably idiot-proof. The jumble of wires this splitter cable creates is type of thoughts boggling. If you are into cable management and a neat seeking case, this splitter cable will preserve you up at night with nightmares till you realize that it's not a dream. It would seem like an extremely short splitter "harness" which implements the functions of this lengthy set of cables along with individual 12-inch 4-wire cables would be a cleaner and neater implementation, but of course, that could probably double or triple the price. I ended up tieing the splitter cable up tightly with a cable tie. Then running my four-wire extensions from the ends so that I could manage the cables and maintain my case looking clean. I gave it 5 eggs simply because the splitter cable did specifically what it says and there are no surprises. |

Intelligently constructed.Inexpensive.Does the function some people today aren't capable of figuring out.Takes the amperage load of multiple fans off of the MOBo. Wire Sleeving would have been a good addition. Does my "average understanding" make me somewhat high?Anyone with any kind of sense ought to be able to see that the fan power will come from a molex 4-pin. The two wires which run to the MoBo are, certainly, for the sole purpose of monitoring fan speeds. Also obvious, the blue wire is operating from the MoBo to ALL the fans. Gee, that have to mean that the monitoring of the fans speeds will be the identical...Duh.Some people who bought this apparently didn't understand they needed a fan controller or had been just too tight to spend the cash. |

This Allows you to connect ThreeƓ) fans to 1 motherboard pwm header. the ideal component is the power is not supplied by the motherboard but by a molex connector. this indicates that it doesnt matter how much current the fans draw, you will never ever harm the motherboard! ......it only makes it possible for three?? possibly four would be much better? allows me to connect two 3400rpm 113cmf delta fans to cool my cpu and controll their speed. you can even daisy chain them together if you required far more fans controlled by one header. it is ncie to know you could ahve Each and every case fan controlled by the cpu temp. |
