Good Value!! Operates as expected. I picked up a couple of these to connect a household member's two vizio hd lcd television's to their comcast hd cable units, transferring the connection from the unit's dvi port to the tv's hdmi input. Hd channels look good, televisions are displaying in their highest resolution capabilities. Awsome image good quality. Thumb screws to lock the dvi connections in spot are too short to thread into the output jacks of the units. This tends to make the connection flimsy, you could blame the outdated cable box itself, but it was enough for me to knock off an egg for this review. As lengthy as your not moving the unit around and you can get a firm connection then this isn't truly an issue. If you will need a dvi-d to hdmi adapter and don't feel like spending significantly, these will function just fine.

Sturdy construction, distortion/sound-free of charge signal, crisp 1080p, highlights distinction between a properly-built Computer operating 1080p and a PS3, permits for a PS3 or other HDMI device to be plugged into a Monitor. Unless your monitor supports HDMI sound (which quite a few don't), you have to have your AV/SCRAT cables for analog or your optical cable taking care of sound output, otherwise you will be left with out sound =( great adapter, solid construction, acer p215h monitor

No impact to image high quality. Works for 1080p output just fine. Screws are quite short and are not long sufficient to attach to the back of my 8800 GTS video card's DVI connector. Therefore it will disconnect quite very easily if the cable or method gets moved at all.
