Overall not a balanced product, there are better internet radios out on the market. I had originally purchased this for my parents but after a few weeks of using it they were pretty frustrated with it. As a standalone radio it works well but the internet channels are weak in quality. Using the wifi component was frustrating as it constantly disconnected. I had purchased an Asus internet radio and it worked much better than this product.
