Great card for a genuinely excellent value. You generally get DDR3 memory, with superior speed, the ATI Radeon 5400 series processor, and 512mb of ram. Hard to beat. Lots of troubles installing with Windows 7 64-bit. Do not obtain if you don't have a little bit of technical expertise with Windows. The drivers and the CD merely WILL NOT function for Windows 7 64-bit. I had a flawless install with Win 7 32-bit, but then decided to blow the machine out, and re-set up Windows 7 64-bit. When I went to set up the Sapphire drivers immediately after, it crashed on every single single attempt. I tried undertaking all the upgrades / updates, and then attempted it once more, similar issue. I Ultimately WAS Capable TO GET IT TO Work, by installing the driver manually. I Went to device manager, clicked on the "Standard VGA driver" and selected "Update Driver." I then searched on the disk below Vista\Packages\Driver\ and Windows was capable to locate the appropriate driver and install it correctly. You end up not getting any of the fancy software packages that come with it, but I don't assume you need to have them anyway.

Good Card Cheated out of a rebate by Saphire for the last time.I have bought rather a couple of Saphire/ATI cards in the last couple of years and they have all been great. BUT they honor rebates mabe a third of the time, or much less.I am in no way going to get a different Saphire/ATI item. As for NewEgg, they're the greatest. BUT they should stop offering rebates given that they are seldom honored. For myself, if a rebate is provided on something I will need, I will acquire it from an individual who does not offer you a rebate.The nerve of 4myrebate.com... if I ask for less, I can get a debit card proper away if I'm willing to take a lower rebate otherwise I can wait for months. This is a scam of the highest order.If I had been NewEgg, I'd stop supplying rebates of any sort as they absolutely militate against undertaking company with whatever vendor is involved.

Its truly fantastic! also excellent to be affordable. i loved it so substantially! Fantastic FOR SIM3, OTHER GAMES. i always editing videos with Adobe Soon after Effects CS4, it worked Quickly with this video card. absolutely nothing wrong with the card itself, BUT there are a thing Massive wrong with the driver itself. the lastest driver of today ƒቭ񳏋) is sucked! it keep crash then recover, then yet again, again, once more. sometime it will crash and won't recover so i would have to reset the computer. also good to be affordable!

I am seriously joyful with this cards performance. It doesn't take up alot of room, its fairly. The graphics are superb. Im truly shocked with how good it is for the cost. Not a crossfire card for these who do severe gaming. I got this as a temp card to get a program up and operating until I could get a couple crossfire cards.

Really affordable for only getting one generation behind the present ATI line up when I bought it in 3񳏋. Several outputs of VGA, DVI, and HDMI. Good for high definition video watching and older game playing on older computers. Two year warranty. ATI 11.2 drivers don't seem to trigger any screen tearing in on the internet Adobe Flash video content. Runs definitely hot! Questionable whether or not this will last without having a fan blowing directly on it. This is in a HP PU129AV pc whose failed motherboard was swapped out with an Intel BLKD925XBCLK. The case has each front and many side intakes, a power supply exhaust fan and an 80mm rear case fan. The CPU utilized is an Intel P4 516 ƒ.93Mhz). With the rear case fan on low, ambient temperatures around 70F, It idles around 61F. Running Prime 95 and Furmark at the very same time, it runs around 86F. With the rear case fan on high, which is really loud and annoying, each idle and full temps only drop about five degrees. Not sufficient distinction to sacrifice quiet computing. So when once again I question the longevity of this video card with such high temperatures. Finger on heatsink can burn you in a few seconds which say a lot about how hot it is. The less expensive route would be to buy an actively cooled version of this card, or much more expensively obtain a PCI slot fan that blows directly on the video card heatsink. ATI 11.two drivers do cause screen tearing in Netflix Instant Watch even though V-sync setting in the drivers is set to generally on. Hopefully this is fixed soon in newer versions of the ATI driver.

Great card, does what it says it does. Have to download a couple of updates, but that could happen to any card. Runs Assassin's Creed on full graphic settings with out a challenge, but the game seems slow on it. If I had been playing any seriously new games, I'd go with a a lot more effective video card.
